Parkside Clinic Common Questions & Answers

Updated: Jun 5, 2022

From the 6th of July 2020, all future Parkside appointments will be located at our handy new location only 500 metres up the road on the same side as our old location at Shop 1, 325-331 Fullarton Road, Parkside SA. Please find all the information you need to know about the move by clicking here and answers to common questions below.

1. How will I know where to go for my next appointment at Parkside?

Our new clinic is located just down the road. From the 6th of July, we look forward to welcoming you at our new address at Shop 1, 325-331 Fullarton Road, Parkside. If you are travelling from Greenhill Road simply continue along Fullarton Road past the old clinic 500m South. We are located on the corner of Blyth Street and Fullarton Road. Easy parking is available directly out the front on Fullarton Road from 10am daily. We have a small carpark located at the rear and there is also ample off-street parking along Blyth Street. Click this link for directions from where you are located to get to your next appointment.

We will send an SMS or email reminder to prompt you about your booked appointment or to encourage you to make an appointment and how to get here.

Don’t hesitate to contact us on 1300 002 257 if you have any concerns about finding our new location.

2. Where exactly is the new clinic? How far from the old clinic?

Only 500 metres up Fullarton Road on the same side as our old location heading South before Wattle Street.

We are located on the corner of Blyth Street and Fullarton Road. We wanted to stay as close to our previous location as possible to ensure a smooth transition for our existing patients. Don’t hesitate to contact us on 1300 002 257 if you have any concerns about finding our new location.

3. Why are we moving?

As you may be aware, we were evicted from our old clinic due to the Government opening a COVID-19 testing centre in this space. The interim room we moved to does not provide enough space. Our mission is to continue to provide the highest quality care, and this new location will allow us to expand and look after more of the community. Additionally, being walking distance down the road will allow us to continue our working relationships with the same neighbouring healthcare practices without compromising our clients health outcomes.

4. Are you still with BUPA?

Yes, as a BUPA Members First provider at both our Parkside and Adelaide CBD locations, you will receive additional value with higher benefits as well as the added certainty of knowing how much you will be charged for treatments and how much you’ll get back on most services (please refer to Bupa for full terms and conditions) including gap free consultations for anyone under the age of 25.

5. Is my referral still ok and valid?

All referrals will still be valid and will transfer with us to the new clinic, there is nothing that you need to do regarding this.

6. Will all my previous files be transferred?

All confidential, personal and previous files will transfer to the new clinic to ensure we can continue to help with your ongoing health management.

7. Does the new clinic have all the same facilities?

Yes, however it will be much improved. We are very excited with our new state of the art refurbished clinic that will offer you even better facilities than you experienced at the old clinic.

8. Will all the same services be offered?

Our dedication to providing the best custom care to our clients remains our priority. All our services and quality of care will remain exactly the same if not better, just a brand new location.

9. Where is the best place to park at the new the clinic?

Easy parking is available directly out the front on Fullarton Road from 10am daily. We have a small carpark located at the rear and there is also ample off street parking along Blyth Street.

10. Are the telephone number and contact details the same?

All of our contact details will remain exactly the same. You can continue book directly online by clicking here, call us on the same number, 1300 002 257 or email us at enquiries@custompodiatryservices.com.au.

11. What happens if I already have an appointment booked in the Parkside clinic after 5th July?

All existing appointments will be carried directly across to the new clinic with the Podiatrist you booked your appointment with, all you need to do is to attend our new address, allowing a few extra minutes prior to your appointment in order to find us.
